Anonymous asked: You were RIGHT ON about the finale, almost exactly. You have to be pretty impressed with yourself, or were you pretty confident that you were right? Do you find these shorter story arcs too easy?
I was very confident about “little Amelia waiting” being the thing from the Eleventh Hour, because that shot bugged me since I saw it (much like the upper level to her house will, and The Doctor’s tuxedo in Let’s Kill Hitler will), and it made such a good story that I figured Moffat couldn’t resist. Everything else was really an educated guess based on what I thought would make the best story. And trust me, predicting much of it didn’t make it any easier to watch.
Personally, I would have preferred The Doctor visiting little Amelia on his own volition, just to see her one more time. And I would have preferred a shot of him sitting down and talking to her.
I’m not entirely sure how the visit did not alter her timeline, but I really don’t care.
